The Order of Learning

1. Learn Keigo – Understand sonkeigo (respectful) and kenjōgo (humble) forms; key patterns like 「お／ご〜ください」 and 「お／ご〜いただく」.

2. Choose the Right Tone – Subtle wording changes (e.g., 「ご返信ください」 vs. 「ご返信いただけますと幸いです」) affect formality and nuance.

3. Practice by Situation – Use keigo naturally in reporting, requests, meetings, e-mailing, etc.

4. Simulation practice – Strengthen your skills through your industry, role specific conversations.
