1. Payment and Subscription
The course is available by subscription at $29 USD per month. After the trial ends, payment is automatically charged every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

2. Access
You will receive immediate and unlimited access to all course materials, community, live sessions and future updates as long as your subscription is active.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Please note: payments already made are non-refundable. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to share your login credentials or course materials with others. Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Security
We use SSL encryption and Stripe’s secure payment platform to protect your personal and financial information.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or on this page.

8. Legal or Export Restrictions
This service is primarily offered to customers outside of Japan. However, all services are operated in accordance with Japanese law, and Japanese law shall apply to all use of the service.
